摘要
随着保证临床用血安全的要求不断提高,血液检测策略、检测方法、检测技术不断发展,对血站实验室的标准化、规范化、科学化建设和管理的要求也越来越高。血站实验室能力建设是影响检测结果准确性的关键因素,本文就建立完善的实验室质量指标、检测系统的性能验证与评估评价和室间质量评价与室内质控3个方面作了评述。
With the continuous improvement of the requirements of ensuring the safety of blood for clinical use and the development of blood screening strategy,detection methods and technique,it is becoming more and more demanding for the requirements for standardization,normalization,scientific construction and management of laboratories in blood banks. Laboratory capacity building in blood banks is the key factor influencing the accuracy of testing results,the following artical reviews three aspects： establishment of laboratory quality indicators,performance verification of detection systems,and internal quality control and external quality assessment.
