摘要
冶金企业属于较为危险的工业企业,需要严格的风险控制和管理工作保证生产安全。就目前来看,我国很多冶金企业还未认识到安全生产管理的重要性,在风险预测和控制中还存在很多不足,本文通过对冶金生产风险管理的必要性入水,指出企业风险管理的主要内容、存在问题以及改进空间,希望能够促进冶金企业风险管理系统的形成,提高风险管理的效果。
