闸站结合泵站前池导流墩整流模拟 被引量:13

Numerical Simulation of Division Pier Rectifying Flow in Forebay of Combined Sluice-pump Station

摘要 为改善某非对称式闸站结合部隔墩附近前池水流流态,采用CFX软件进行数值模拟,主要研究在隔墩处加设圆弧形导流墩的整流措施下的水流流动规律,进而选出圆弧形导流墩头部在不同半径下的最优整流方案。研究结果表明:无整流措施时,靠近隔墩的前池内有大尺度的回流区,水流斜向偏流进入进水流道,在隔墩附近形成明显的漩涡,严重影响1号与2号进水流道的进水流态。分别采取6种导流墩整流措施对前池流态进行调整,与原方案相比,设置第2种方案下的圆弧形导流墩,1号进水流道进口断面上的轴向速度分布均匀度提高了3.63%,断面速度加权平均角度达到84.37°,提高了5.66°,得出了当导流墩头部圆弧段水平投影长度与隔墩半径R相等时,导流墩圆弧半径取(1.0~1.2)R时整流效果最理想。研究成果可为改善闸站结合式泵站隔墩附近前池流态提供一定参考。 In order to improve the flow pattern in the forebay near the pier of asymmetric combined sluice-pump station,the CFX software is used to simulate the flow. The main research is done on the law of water flow under the rectification measures of adding a circular arc-shaped diversion pier at the pier,and then the arc-shaped diversion pier in different radius of the optimal rectification program is selected. The results show that there is a large-scale recirculation zone in the front pool close to the pier,and the water flows obliquely into the inflow channel in the absence of the rectification measures,resulting in obvious vortexes near the pier,seriously affecting the inflow of 1# and 2#intake water channel. Six diversion measures of diversion piers are adopted respectively to adjust the fluid flow in the forebay. Compared with the original scheme,under the second kind of scheme,the axial velocity distribution uniformity at inlet section of inlet 1 # increases by3.63%,the weighted average angle of section velocity reaches 84.37°,increases by 5.66°. It is concluded that when the horizontal projection length of the circular section of the head of the diversion pier is equal to the radius R of the pier,when the radius is(1. 0 ~ 1. 2) R,the rectification effect is the best. The research results can provide some references for improving the flow pattern in the forebay near the pier of combined sluice-pump station.
