摘要 阐述了大渡河流域危险源(点)分级管控体系建设背景、主要设计原则、具体分级内容、技术支撑和主要成效,提出并实施了"风险量化、危险分级、责任定人"为主要内容的安全风险分级管控机制,运用企业标准化、数字化、信息化、网络化、智能化的关键技术确保了安全风险分级管控效果,解决了突出的安全矛盾,厘清了各级人员的安全责任,实现了大渡河流域连续安全生产4 500余天。 The background, main design principles, specific classification contents, technical support and main achievements of hazardous sources (points) hierarchical management and control system in Dadu River Basin are introduced. The main content of saiety risk hierarchical management and control system is determined as "Risk Quantifying, Danger Classifying, Responsibility Clearing". The implementation effectiveness of hierarchical management and control system is ensured by using some key technologies such as enterprise standardization, digitalization, informationization, networking and intelligence. The implementation of system not only solves outstanding security conflicts and clarifies safety responsibilities of personnel at all levels, but also achieves a continuous safety operation duration for more than 4 500 days.
