摘要
以汽车门套塑件为例,在详细分析门套结构与成型工艺的基础上,针对门套塑件左右成对使用,需配对生产、壁薄、存在侧凹、表面质量要求高等特点,设计了一次注塑成型配对注射的模具,并在模具中采用了型腔组合结构、侧向脱模机构及由导柱导套、导正槽和精度调整部件组成的三套精度保证系统。对模具浇注系统和型腔结构形式,导向机构、推出机构、复位机构和整套模具进行了设计分析,并使用了创新的带弹簧斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯机构。实践表明,模具结构合理、紧凑,运动平稳。
The structure and molding process of the automobile door pocket were analyzed. According to the features of pair-used door pocket plastic parts, paring production, thin walls, the existence of concave sides, and high requirements on the surface quality, the one-time paired injection molding was designed. Besides, on this basis, three sets of precision guarantee system were composed of cavity combination structure, lateral demoulding mechanism, guide column guide bushing, guide slot and precision adjustment part. The design and analysis of mold gating system and cavity structure, guiding mechanism, ejection mechanism, reset mechanism and the whole mold were carried out. The result show that this mold is of compact structure, stable and reliable movement and the design scheme is reasonable.
