摘要
为获取螺栓动态接触刚度的最佳建模方法,根据分形理论和分析理论与域扩展因子2种理论模型,设计了4种建模方案并进行了理论计算;搭建了螺栓结合面实验平台,并根据不同方案对仿真模型进行了有限元仿真分析;对螺栓结合面实验平台进行模态测试实验,通过4种设计方案的仿真与实验比较,证明了结合面法向刚度和切向刚度均采用基于分形理论与域扩展因子的动态接触刚度理论模型为最佳建模方法。在此基础上,进一步研究了结合面法向与切向刚度差与固有频率间的关系,在结合面法向和切向等效弹簧刚度的刚度差一定时,固有频率随结合面刚度增大而增大;但在刚度增大到一定程度时,其固有频率会保持不变。
To obtain the best modeling method for the dynamic contact stiffness of the bolts,according to the fractal theory,analysis theory and domain extension factor,four kinds of modeling scheme are designed and calculated theoretically. A bolted joint experiment platform is buil tand finite element simulation is made for the different model schemes. Through modal testing experiments and comparison of four design schemes,it is concluded that the optimal modeling method is to use the joint normal stiffness and shear stiffness based on contact fractal theory and domain extension factor theory.On this basis,further studies are made on the relationship between joint normal and tangential stiffness and natural frequency. When the equivalent spring stiffness of normal and tangential direction is given,the natural frequency of interface stiffness increases; but when the stiffness increases to a certain extent,the natural frequency will remain unchanged.
