茶多酚抗氧化效果在化妆品领域的应用与发展研究 被引量:17

摘要 茶多酚是茶叶中所含的一类多羟基类化合物,俗称茶单宁。茶多酚具有较强的抗氧化作用,尤其酯型儿茶素EGCG,其还原性甚至可达L-异坏血酸的100倍。在各个领域都有所使用,本文就茶多酚提取、发展、理化性质以及使用方面,还有其性能作为抗氧化剂在延缓衰老、美容护肤等化妆品领域的应用以及发展研究进行概述。
