The Optimization Technology of Extracting Pigment from Sugarcane Peel by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用响应面法优化超声提取甘蔗皮红色素工艺,通过单因素试验探究出超声温度、超声时间和料液比对甘蔗皮红色素提取的影响。以吸光度为响应值,根据Box-Benhnken中心组合方法设计三因素三水平的试验,进行响应面分析,得出最佳提取条件为:超声温度为59.23℃,超声时间为64.25 min,料液比为1∶30.36,在此条件下,预测值中吸光度为0.424,实际吸光度为0.422,相对误差值为0.47%,实验结果表明此方法下红色素提取率较好。 In this experiment,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of sugarcane skin red pigment. The effects of ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and ratio of solid to liquid on the pigment extraction of sugarcane peel were investigated by single factor test. Based on the Box-Benhnken method,a three-level and three-level experiment was conducted to analyze the response surface. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ultrasonic temperature is 59. 23℃,the ultrasonic time is 64. 25 min,the ratio of material to liquid is 1 ∶ 30. 36. Under this condition,the predictive absorbance is 0. 424,the actual absorbance is 0. 422,the relative error is 0. 47%. The experimental results showed that the extraction rate is better.
