制粉系统运行方式对锅炉NO_x排放特性影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某660 MW超超临界机组锅炉为研究对象,通过现场试验方法,研究了制粉系统运行方式,如煤粉细度、一次风量、磨煤机出口温度、煤粉分配均匀性及磨煤机组合方式等对锅炉出口NO_x排放特性的影响规律。结果表明:煤粉细度对NO_x排放浓度影响较大,煤粉粒径越小,NO_x排放浓度越低;随着磨煤机入口风量的降低,NO_x排放浓度呈先降后增的趋势;磨煤机出口煤粉分配偏差的改善使主燃烧区的热负荷更均匀,从而抑制了NO_x的生成;提高磨煤机出口风粉温度,NO_x生成量增加,排烟温度降低;而磨煤机的组合运行方式通过改变炉内的燃烧状态和温度分布来影响NO_x的生成量。 Experiments on pulverizing system were conducted for a 660 MW ultra supercritical boiler in a power plant. The influence of some major factors such as coal fineness, the primary air flow rate, the outlet temperature of coal mills, deviation among pipes and the combination mode of coal mills on NOx emission were studied. The test results showed that coal fineness had great influence on NOx emission; The smaller fineness of pulverized coal, the lower NOx emission concentration. With the reduction of the primary air flow rate, NOx emission concentration decreased first and increased later on. The improvement of the distribution deviation of pulverized coal among the conveying pipes made the thermal load of the main combustion zone more uniform, and the formation of NOx was inhibited. With the rise of the outlet temperature of coal mills, NOx emission increased while the exhaust gas temperature decreased. The combination mode of coal mills had the effect on NOx emission by changing the combustion and temperature distribution in the furnace
