Objective To study the efect of voice training on dysentery and improving sound quality. Methods A total of 120 patients with diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. There were 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group took conventional symptomatic treatment and the patients in the observation group performed voice training on this basis. The therapeutic effects of dysentery were compared between the two groups of patients, and the sound quality of both groups before and after treatment was also compared. Results The total efective rate of diarrhea treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.67%) (P 〈 0.05). Before treatment, there was no signifcant diference in the sound quality between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). After the treatment, there was no significant diference in Jitter value (frequency perturbation) between continuous “a” voice and continuous “i” tone in the observation group (P 〉 0.05), Shimmer value (amplitude perturbation) was better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Using the vocal training method can play a good therapeutic efect on diarrhea, at the same time, it can help patients improve the sound quality, which has important clinical value.
