摘要
在土壤上采用盆栽试验方法,研究了玉米苗期不同缓/控释氮肥(尿素包膜、尿素涂层脲酶抑制剂n BPT及尿素与脲酶抑制剂结合包膜肥料,采用两种膜材料包膜)氮素释放特点及其对土壤生物学活性的影响。通过对土壤中NH_4^+-N、NO_3^--N、NO_2^--N和CO(NH_2)_2-N含量分析,评价玉米苗期不同缓/控释氮肥的养分释放特性;通过对土壤脲酶、微生物量C的分析,评价不同缓/控释氮肥对土壤生物学活性的影响。对不同缓/控释氮肥的作用效果进行评估,研究分析不同缓/控释氮肥控释养分的可能机理以及不同包膜材料控制尿素溶出的性能。
Potted experimentation was used in the brown soil in this paper. The characteristic of nitrogen release and the effect on the soil biological activity of the different slowed/controlled release nitrogen fertilizer was monitored at the corn seedling stage. The characteristic of nutrient release of different slowed/controlled release nitrogen fertilizers was estimated in seedling stage of the corn by analyzing the amount of NH4+-N, NO2--N, NO2--N and CO (NH2)2-N in the soil; Estimating the effect on the biological activity by analyzing soil enzyme and microbial biomass C. The probable mechanism of the controlling nutrient release for the slowed/controlled fertilizers was studied and the capability of the controlling urea dissolution was evaluated with the different coated materials
