微酸性次氯酸水对新生儿病房物体表面消毒效果的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨微酸性次氯酸水(SAEW)对新生儿病房物体表面消毒效果的作用。方法 2017年4月选择武汉某三级甲等综合性医院新生儿病房内温箱30个、吊塔30个,灭菌后塑料病历夹40个。30个温箱、30个吊塔随机等分为A、B两组,每组15个温箱、吊塔。对照研究含有效氯500mg/L的三氯异氰脲酸和SAEW对两组温箱、吊塔进行擦拭消毒的合格率。研究SAEW对灭菌后病历夹上接种的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯杆菌(CRKP)、全耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(PDR-AB)的杀灭率。结果消毒4h后,含有效氯500mg/L的三氯异氰脲酸和SAEW对A组和B组的温箱、吊塔合格率分别为80.00%和73.33%、93.33%和86.67%,差异无统计学意义(P温箱=0.598,P吊塔=0.651);SAEW对MRSA、CRKP、PDR-AB的杀灭率均为100.00%。结论微酸性次氯酸水对新生儿病房物体表面消毒具有很好的效果。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW) on the surface of the neonatal ward. METHODS A total of 30 beds, 30 towers and 40 plastic medical record folders after sterilization in the neonatal ward of a grade-three class-A general hospital in Wuhan in Apr. 2017 were chosen. The 30 beds and 30 towers were randomly divided into group A and B, with 15 beds and 15 towers in each group. The qualified rates of the disinfection of three chloro cyanuric acid with effective chlorine of 500 mg/L and SAEW were compared by a control study. Meanwhile, the killing rates of SAEW to methieillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumonia (CRKP) and pandrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (PDR-AB) in plastic medical record folders were investigated. RESULTS After 4 hours of surface disinfection, the qualified rates of the disinfection of three chloro cyanuric acid with effective chlorine of 500mg/L and SAEW to beds and towers of group A and group B were 80.00% and 73.33 %, 93.33% and 86.67%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two disinfectants (P〉0.05). The killing rates of SAEW to methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus , earhapenem-resistant K lebsiella pneumoniae , and pandrug-resistant Acineto- bacter baurnannii were 100.00%. CONCLUSION SAEW has a good effect on the surface disinfection of the neo- natal ward.
