摘要
针对目前水龙头表面抛光打磨识别定位精度差、人工识别检测效率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的水龙头曲面识别检测系统。这一检测系统通过多传感器融合与工业相机对水龙头曲面进行图像采集,采用Visual Studio 2010软件配合Opencv函数库对图像进行数学形态学处理,并将结果在控制端进行反馈。这一系统检测效率与准确率高,满足水龙头抛光打磨识别的要求,具有实用价值。
Aimed at poor positioning accuracy and low efficiency of manual recognition and detection of the bumished faucet surface, a recognition and detection system for faucet curved surface based on machine vision was designed. This detection system can perform image acquisition of the faucet curved surface through the multi-sensor fusion and industrial camera and use Visual Studio 2010 software with Opencv function library to process the image via mathematical morphology and feed back the results at the control terminal. Due to the advantages of high detection efficiency and high accuracy, this system could satisfy the requirement during faucet recognition for polishing and burnishing with practical value.
