摘要
本文通过对我国农村水环境保护状况调查分析,总结分析典型地区农村水环境保护管理措施经验,并结合我国农村社会经济及城镇化发展状况,以体制、机制、管理等为切入点,提出了适合我国农村地区居住区、农作物区、养殖区、乡镇工业区等农村水环境保护的管理模式。
In the paper,Chinese rural water environment protection situation is investigated and analyzed,rural water environment protection and management measures and experience in typical regions are summarized and analyzed.Management modes of rural water environment protection suitable for Chinese rural residential area,crop area,culture area,villages and town industrial zone,etc. are proposed with system,mechanism,management,etc. as the breakthrough points.
