摘要
为了提高控制系统可靠性,设计实现了一种基于PowerPC和FPGA的双余度、多通道控制系统。详细介绍了系统硬件结构、工作原理及逻辑设计方法。系统以MPC8640为主处理器,以XC3S400AN为控制核心,完成了对四片DAC转换芯片的控制,通过仲裁电路及通道故障逻辑实现对输出信号的双余度控制。验证结果表明,系统工作性能稳定、可靠性高、实时性好,满足设计需求。
In order to improve the reliability of control system,a multi-cliaiinel and dual redundancy control system based on PowerPC and FPGA is designed and realized.The paper describes the overall hardware structure,qerational principle and pro-gramming of FPGA detailed.The system uses MPC8640 as the master processor and XC3S400AN as the core controller to real-ize the control of four DAC canveaters.The arbitratian circuit and channel fault logic accomplish the dual redundancy control.The experiment results show that the module has the advantages of stable peribnnance,high reliability,well real-time,and can meet the requirements of design.
