摘要
为探究盐溶液周浸试验中同种/异种自冲铆接头静力学特性,分别对DP590-5052(D-5)组和5052-5052(5-5)组两组接头采用盐溶液周浸腐蚀试验,并对腐蚀后试样进行失重分析和力学测试。结果表明:腐蚀试验前后,各组试样质量均有不同程度的变化,试样已发生了腐蚀,且随腐蚀时间增加,腐蚀速率逐渐变缓;自冲铆接头的搭接区域较板材其他区域更容易发生腐蚀,D-5接头在腐蚀0h时和360h时部分试样为铆钉从下板拉出,下板未被撕裂,其余下板均在铆钉接触区呈现不同程度的撕裂纹,且随着腐蚀时间的增加,下板的撕裂纹更加明显,5-5的拉伸失效形式则未随腐蚀时间的变化而变化,均为铆钉从下板拉出失效;两组接头的失效峰值载荷和能量吸收值均在下降前呈现出短暂的上升,D-5比5-5腐蚀效果更为明显。
In order to research the statics characteristics of single-lap self-piercing riveted joints in the alternate immersion test with salt solution, the DP590 - 5052 ( D - 5) joints and 5052 - 5052 (5 - 5 ) joints were tested based on immersion test with salt solution, and the gravimetric analysis and mechanical test were conducted for the samples after corrosion. The results show that the sample quality of each group varies in different degrees before and after the corrosion test, and the sample is indeed corroded, and the corrosion rate gradu- ally slows down with the increase of corrosion time. The riveted area of the self-piercing riveting head is more prone to corrosion than other areas of the plate, the rivets are pulled out from the untorn lower plate for parts of D - 5 joints after 0 and 360 h corrosion, the rest lower plates present different degrees of tearing in the rivet contact area, and with the increase of corrosion time the tearing lines are more obvi- ous. The tensile failure form of 5 - 5 is always pull out failure of rivet from lower plate with the change of corrosion time. The failure peak load and energy absorption of two sets of joints have a short increase tendency before decreasing, and the corrosion effect of D - 5 is more obvious than that of 5 -5.
