摘要
目的探讨分析纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗在呼吸重症监护病房机械通气患者中的作用。方法选取2015年2月~2017年1月期间我院呼吸重症监护病房收治的机械通气患者中100例作为研究对象,并随机均分为两组,其中对照组50例患者给予常规吸痰、雾化吸入、抗感染等对症治疗,而研究组50例则在常规治疗基础上再给予纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗,比较对照组和研究组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者动脉血气指标改善情况明显优于对照组,并且研究组患者的机械通气时间、感染控制时间、呼吸衰竭纠正时间及住院时间均明显缩短,其治疗效果总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%),两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗在呼吸重症监护病房机械通气患者中的作用显著,有助于改善患者动脉血气指标,减少机械通气时间及住院时间等,对其治疗效果的提高有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the role of bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage in mechanical ventilation in respiratory intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods from February 2015 to January 2017,100 patients with mechanical ventilation in respiratory intensive care unit were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients in the control group were treated with routine sputum inhalation,atomization inhalation,anti-infection and other symptomatic treatment,while 50 patients in the study group were treated with fibrobronchoscopic alveolar lavage on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the control group and the study group were compared. Results After treatment,the improvement of arterial blood gas index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the time of mechanical ventilation,infection control,respiratory failure correction and hospitalization were significantly shortened in the study group.The total effective rate（94.00%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（78.00%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoalveolar lavage plays a significant role in the patients with mechanical ventilation in respiratory intensive care unit. It is helpful to improve the arterial blood gas index, reduce the time of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, etc. It is of great significance for the improvement of the therapeutic effect of bronchoalveolar lavage.
