摘要
创伤评分是一种用量化方式显示伤情严重程度及预后的方法,现从生理学、解剖学、综合性三个类型进行分析,阐述多种创伤评分系统的评分方式、适用范围和研究现状,以及各类创伤评分系统在我国护理中的应用现状,并提出以后的发展方向,为创伤的相关研究,提供理论依据。
Trauma score is a method of using quantitative analysis to predict the severity of injury and mortality, the author makes analysis in three respects; physiology anatomy and psychology. This article demonstrates the methodology, application range and application status of trauma score, and the application status of all kinds of trauma scoring system in nursing area in our country. At last, direction and development of studies is put forward to provide a basis for the research.
