摘要
介绍了基于PRO/E三维软件的液压前悬挂提升能力分析和优化设计方法,以动态图像显示的方式直观形象地展现液压前悬挂的提升分析过程,不仅可以简便地获取提升速比、提升力、提升高度等各项提升曲线及提升参数数值,而且能够对不满足设计标准要求的提升参数进行多目标优化设计研究,从而获得更优的各项前悬挂设计参数,为设计者提供了一种设计液压前悬挂和分析其提升能力的便捷途径。
This paper introduces a method to analyze the lifting capacity of hydraulic front hitch and optimize the hydraulic front hitch for designing based on PRO/E 3D software. This method displays the lifting analysis process of hydraulic front hitch in visual image displaying way. It not only can easily obtain the lifting parameter values such as lifting speed ratio, lifting force,lifting height, etc, but also can carry through the multi-objective optimization design research for these lifting parameters without meeting the design standards, and which can provide a convenient way to design the hydraulic front hitch and analyze its lifting capacity for the future designer.
