摘要
有限元法是一种重要的力学研究工具,与实验应力分析相比,具有许多优点,因此被广泛应用于口腔生物力学的研究中。有限元法不仅可以研究功能负荷下不同种植体骨结合部位对骨界面应力分析的影响;而且可以规定口腔组织的力学参数和加载条件,进行模拟真实咀嚼动作的力学加载。本文对有限元法在口腔种植领域中的研究现状及进展做一综述。
The finite element method is an important tool for mechanical research.Compared with the experimental stress analysis,the finite element method has many advantages.It is widely used in oral biomechanical research.The finite element method is used to not only study the influence of different implant bone binding sites on the stress analysis of bone interface under functional loads,but also simulate the mechanical loading of real chewing actions under the defined mechanical parameters and loading conditions of the oral tissues.This article summarizes the current situation and progress of the application of finite element method in dental implants.
