摘要
目的:探讨孕期家庭暴力对学龄前子代气质、行为的影响。方法:采用前瞻性追踪加横断面调查方法,选取196位学龄前儿童以自行设计的一般人口学资料问卷、家长评定的3-7岁儿童气质问卷和长处与困难问卷(父母版)进行调查。结果:孕期家庭暴力发生率为20.4%;孕期家庭暴力组学龄前子代情绪本质得分低于孕期非家庭暴力组,情绪症状因子分高于孕期非家庭暴力组,困难总分高于孕期非家庭暴力组;情绪本质与孕期家庭暴力呈负相关(r=-0.146,P<0.05),情绪症状因子、过度活跃因子、困难总分与孕期家庭暴力呈正相关(r=0.180、0.130、0.141,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:母孕期遭受家庭暴力,其子代在学龄前期存在较多的负面情绪和行为问题。
Objective： To investigate the effects of domestic violence during pregnancy on the temperament and behavior in preschool offspring. Methods： 196 preschool children attended the follow-up survey and cross-sectional study by prospective of self-designed general demographic information questionnaire, parent temperament questionnaire and the strengths and difficulties questionnaire（the edition for parents）. Results： The prevalence of domestic violence during preg- nancy was 20.4%. The preschool children, whose mothers experienced domestic violence during pregnancy, had lower score of the nature in emotion（P〈0.05）, higher score of the affective symptoms（P〈0.05） and higher score of the overall difficulty（P〈 0.05） than those with no domestic violence during pregnancy. The nature in emotion had a negative correlation with the domestic violence during pregnancy（r=-0.146, P〈0.05）. The factors of the affective symptoms, the overall difficulty and the overly active were positively correlated with the domestic violence during pregnancy（r=0.180、0.130,0.141, P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The offspring, whose mother were exposed to domestic violence during pregnancy, have more negative emotions and more behavior problems at preschool.
