摘要
目的 观察集束护理与网络工具联合干预对踝关节骨折患者术后功能恢复的影响.方法 选取该院2014年11月～2016年12月收治的踝关节骨折患者100例,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组实施集束护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用网络工具.观察、比较两组术后功能恢复情况、患者疾病认知度、患者护理满意度、住院时间及住院费用等.结果 干预后,观察组踝关节术后恢复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预前,两组疾病认知度评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后,两组疾病认知度评分均有明显提升（均P〈0.05）,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 集束护理与网络工具联合应用于踝关节骨折患者围术期有效促进其术后功能恢复,患者疾病认知度显著提升,有效缩短了患者的住院时间,减少了住院费用,减轻了家庭的经济压力,促进了患者及家属的护理满意度的提高,临床护理效果显著,值得推广应用.
Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing combined with network instrument on postopera- tive functional recovery in patients with ankle fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with ankle fracture who had been seeking treatment in the hospital from November 2014 to December 2016 were selected and were divided into a con- trol group and an observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases of each group. The control group was treated with cluster nursing intervention, while the observation group was given cluster nursing plus network instrument for intervention. The postoperative functional recovery, patients＂ awareness of the disease, satisfaction of the patients, length of hospitalization and cost of hospitalization in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the rate of excellent postoperative recovery of ankle joint in the observation group was shown to be significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference registered in the patients＂ awareness to the disease between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. After the intervention, however, it was improved in both groups （P〈0. 05）, and the im- provement in the observation group was shown to be significantly better than that of the control group, where the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was shown to be higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Length and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were shown to be shorter or lower than that of the control group, where the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The combined application of intensive care and net- work tool to the perioperative period ankle joint fracture patients can promote postoperative functional recovery effective- ly. In addition, the awareness of patients to disease is obviously improved, by which it effectively cuts the hospital stay of patients, reduces hospitalization expenses, relieves the economic pressure of family and improves the nursing satis- faction of patients and family. In addition, the clinical care effect is remarkable, which is worth making popularization and application.
