摘要
目的:观察真武汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。两组患者均予以常规内科治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用真武汤合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分及治疗前后血浆BNP、CRP水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率95.00%优于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率82.50%优于对照组的57.50%(P<0.05);两组血浆BNP水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清hs-CRP水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组的降低水平更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,能改善患者临床症状、体征,且能降低血浆BNP、CRP水平。
Objective： To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills on BNP and hs-CRP level in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,40 cases in each group. Both groups received standard therapy,the treatment group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills at the same time. One course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the two groups were treated for 2 courses. The clinical efficacy,symptoms score,and plasma levels of BNP,hs-CRP were compared before and after treatment. Results： After a 2-course treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 00% in the treatment group which was better than 77. 50% in the controlled group（ P0. 05）. The total effective rate on TCM syndrome was 82. 50% in the treatment group which was better than 57. 50% in the controlled group（ P0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,levels of plasma BNP,hs-CRP in both groups were significantly decreased,there was obviously statistical difference between the groups（ P0. 01）. And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant too（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with heart failure,but also can decrease the level of plasma BNP and hs-CRP.
