摘要
目的调查门诊患者中药汤剂煎服依从性现况,分析影响依从性的因素,为后期改善患者依从性提供科学依据。方法于2017年1—8月随机抽取门诊中药房取药患者200例,采用一般资料调查表和中药汤剂煎服依从性量表对其进行调查。计量资料两两比较采用t检验,三组间比较采用单因素方差分析,中药汤剂煎服依从性的多因素分析采用多元逐步线性回归,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果门诊患者中药汤剂煎服依从性总分为(12.20±2.06)分,53%的患者存在良好的依从性,多元逐步线性分析显示,文化程度、家庭亲密度以及自我保健意识是影响患者依从性的主要因素(均P<0.05),可解释依从性水平总变异的9.7%。结论门诊患者中药汤剂煎服依从性水平较低,医护人员应当加强对中药知识的普及力度,提高患者的依从性。
Objective To investigate the compliance status and influencing factors of traditional chinese medicine decoction among outpatients, and to provide scientific basis for improving patient compliance.Methods A total of 200 cases outpatients were selected from January 2017 to August 2017. The general data questionnaire and the compliance scale of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were used to investigate the patients. Measurement data were compared by t test among two groups, and compared by the single factor analysis of variance among three groups.Multifactor of the compliance of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of decoction by multivariate stepwise linear regression.P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The total score were analyzed of traditional Chinese medicine decoction was（12.20±2.06）, 53% of patients had good compliance, and multivariate stepwise linear analysis showed that education level, family intimacy and self health awareness were the main influencing factors of patient compliance（all P〈0.05）, which could explain 9.7% of the variation.Conclusion The level of compliance of traditional Chinese medicine decoction was lower in outpatients, and medical staff should strengthen the popularity of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge to improve outpatient compliance.
