基于节流方程的EGR阀废气流量控制标定研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着排放法规越来越严格,为了满足国内第五、第六阶段排放法规的要求,需要发动机的空气系统具备更快的响应性和更加稳定的跟随性。传统的EGR废气流量是通过新鲜空气量的闭环来间接控制EGR阀的开度,这种控制方式响应慢、跟随性较差,无法满足最新排放法规的要求。我们基于节流方程的原理对EGR阀废气流量的控制进行标定研究,通过相关项目的应用表明,基于节流方程的原理,可以根据当前的工况进行预控制,达到快速响应的目的,而且具有很好的跟随性,满足最新排放法规对空气系统的需求。 As the emission regulations become more stringent, in order to meet the domestic fifth and sixth stage emission regulations, engine air system with faster response and more stable following is needed. The traditional EGR exhaust flow is indirectly controlled by the closed loop of the fresh air volume, which is slow to respond and can5 t meet the requirements of the latest emission regulations. In this paper, the control of EGR valve exhaust gas flow is calibrated based on the principle of throttle equation. Through the application of related projects, it shows that: based on the principle of the throttle equation, it can be pre-controlled according to the current working condition to achieve the purpose of rapid response, and has good following to meet the needs of.latest emission regulations on the air system.
