摘要
收发链路在整个无线通信系统中占有举足轻重的地位,它对整个系统的噪声系数,灵敏度,等关键指标起决定性作用。文中基于设计一款主要应用于毫米波人体成像领域的宽带Ka波段收发链路的目的,通过对收发信机工作原理的阐述,各种方案的对比,最终采用直接上变频发射方式和超外差接收方式,同时给出了收发功能实现框图,进行了实物的加工和测试,测试结果表明,输出频谱在32~37 GHz工作频段范围内比较平坦,此外发射信号对带外杂波的抑制较好,优于40 dBc,在32 GHz,相位噪声为-93.39 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,<-110 dBc/Hz@1 MHz,均满足使用需求。
The transceiver link plays a decisive role in the whole wireless communication system, whichdetermines the entire system noise figure, sensitivity and other key indicators. This paper is based on thedesign of a broadband Ka-band transceiver link mainly used in the field of millimeter-wave humanimaging. Through the elaboration of the working principle of the transceiver, the comparison of variousschemes, the direct conversion mode and the super-heterodyne receiver mode are adopted, and theblock diagram of the transceiver function is given. The experimental results show that the indicators meetthe demand.
