Numerical Calculations of Tooth-block Energy Dissipaters With Different Heights

摘要 齿墩式消能工是一种突扩突缩式的内流式消能工,利用Gambit建立齿墩式消能工模型并对其网格划分;再利用Fluent内的RNGκ-ε涡流模型计算管道内水体运动;借助Tecplot软件数据后处理,并利用物理模型试验进行对比分析。结果表明,齿墩正后方会出现涡,在试验流量范围内涡的长度在0.98 D^1.18 D之间,并随流量的增大而增大;流经齿墩段的最大水流流速是断面平均流速的2.3倍;同一布置形式的齿墩式内消能工的紊动能与其耗散率整体分布规律不随流量的改变而改变,可进一步了解齿墩式消能工的消能情况。 Tooth-block inner energy dissipaters is a kind of sudden expansion and contraction type inner energy dissipater.The model of tooth pier energy dissipater was established by gambit and its grid was partitioned.Then the RNGκ-εvortex model in Fluent software was used to calculate the water flow movement in the pipeline.The data post-processing was implemented by Tecplot software.The results were compared with physical model test.The results show that the vortex reflux area formed at the posterior epidural space of the end of tooth pier,the length of the vortex is in the range of0.98 and 1.18 times diameter,and increases as the flow increases in the test flow range.The maximum velocity of water flow through the tooth pier section is 2.3 times of the average velocity of the section.The overall distribution law of the turbulent kinetic energy and its dissipation rate of the internal energy dissipater under the same arrangement type will not change with the flow rate.The energy dissipation of the tooth-block inner energy dissipaters can be further understood.
