摘要
针对主通风机风量难以精准监测的问题,提出了一种单点统计测量方法。利用湍流统计法测量单点时均风速,基于速度场结构近似恒定原理将单点时均风速线性转换为断面平均风速,可有效解决风硐内风速非均匀分布和湍流脉动引起的监测误差。并用该方法在金川公司龙首矿风硐内进行了现场试验,结果表明,统计测量获得的速度场系数具有较好的稳定性,并能将监测误差控制在4%以内,大幅提高了主通风机风量的监测水平。方法可用于矿井主通风机性能的定期测定和风量的在线监测。
A statistical measurement method which were used to promote air amount monitoring accuracy of main mine ventilator was proposed. Turbulence statistical method was adopted to measure single-point air velocity which was converted to mean velocity of the same section based on unsteady of velocity field structure. By this way,the monitoring error could drop to fan drift which were caused by non-uniform distribution and turbulent fluctuation of air flow. To verify the reliability of the method,the experiments were carried out in fan drift of Longshou mine. The results show that velocity field coefficients measured by statistical methods had good stability,which decreased the monitoring errors to4%. Furthermore,the method could be used to performance test and on-line air flow monitoring of mine main ventilator.
