摘要
目的:探讨加味金水六君煎对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:将84例非小细胞肺癌患者分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组采用NP化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味金水六君煎,于治疗前后检测2组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、WBC水平,记录治疗过程中2组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组缓解率高于对照组差异无统计学意义,观察组有效率明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显升高,CD8^+明显降低;治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显高于对照组,CD8^+明显低于对照组差异有统计学意义,2组治疗后WBC水平明显降低,但观察组降低程度显著低于对照组差异有统计学意义;观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组差异有统计学意义。结论:加味金水六君煎能显著改善非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后的T淋巴细胞亚群。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Jiawei Jinshui Liujun Decoction on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods： 84 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with NP chemotherapy. On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Jiawei Jinshui Liujun Decoction. The levels of CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. Adverse events were recorded in the two groups during treatment. Results： The remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. But the difference was not statistically significant. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly increased,and CD8 decreased significantly. After treatment,the CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and CD8 was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The level of WBC in the two groups was significantly lower,but the decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Jiawei Jinshui Liujun Decoction can significantly improve the T lymphocyte subsets after chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
