基于贝塞尔结构光的表面轮廓三角测量系统

摘要 激光三角法是表面轮廓测量与重建的常用方法。传统的激光三角测量系统采用高斯光束作为指示光源,入射光的离焦使光斑直径变大,导致测量精度降低。将贝塞尔结构光应用于激光三角测量系统中,利用贝塞尔结构光的无衍射特性,解决传统激光三角测量系统的“焦深”问题。系统利用灰色自适应加权均值滤波对贝塞尔结构光条纹图像进行预处理,采用灰度质心法对中心光斑进行定位。实验结果表明,经系统测量与重建后的工件圆弧半径与标称值之间的相对误差为3.2%。所构建的测量系统可有效实现表面三维轮廓测量与重建。 Laser triangulation is one of commonly-used methods for measuring and reconstructing surface profiles.Gaussian beams are adopted as incident sources in the traditional laser triangulation measurement systems. Unfortunately the accuracy of the systems is decreased due to the incident light's defocusing. Bessel-structured light is used as the incident source of the laser triangulation measurement system to increase the focus depth of the triangulation measurement system. The grey self-adaptive weighted mean filtering and grayscale centroid method are separately used to preprocess the Bessel-structured light fringe image and locate the center of the fringe image. The experimental results show that the relative error of the reconstructed circle radius to the nominal radius is 3. 2%. The constructed system can effectively measure and reconstruct the surface profiles.
