摘要
借鉴区域投入产出结构分解技术,构建旅游产业关联效应结构性分解模型,测算并分析2002、2007与2012年中国旅游业与其他产业之间的关联变化特征及内在结构。研究发现:旅游业与其他产业之间的关联效应在整体上呈上升态势,但体现产业关联机制"能力"的旅游业关联总效应相对较小;溢出效应是旅游业关联总效应变化的关键,对其他产业的拉动能力明显,而乘数效应是其他产业关联总效应变化的核心,其他产业对旅游业的溢出性影响较弱;不同旅游业子部门中住宿、餐饮等部门的内生发展能力显著,交通、购物、游览及其他部门则相对不足,游览、交通、住宿与餐饮等部门的溢出效应、反馈效应较高,而购物部门和其他部门则相对较低;由于其他产业有更大的最终产出规模,对旅游业的实际溢出效应要大于旅游业对它的实际溢出效应,但旅游业对其他产业的关联带动作用不容忽视。
The paper constructs a decomposition model of industrial linkage effect between tourism and other industries with the structural decomposition technique of regional input-output analysis, and analyzes the characteristics of the changes in industrial linkage between China's tourism industry and other industries in 2002, 2007 and 2012. The main research findings show that, the total industrial linkage effect of tourism and other industries reveals an upward trend in general, but the total linkage effect of tourism industry is relatively weaker. Moreover, the spillover effect is the key to changes of total linkage effect in tourism industry, whose pulling capacity towards other industries is obvious. However, multiplier effect is the key to changes of total linkage effect in other industries,which has a relatively weak spillover effect on tourism industry. We also find that, there is a significant difference of industry linkage effects among different sub sectors of tourism industry. The accommodation, catering and other sectors have stronger endogenous development ability, while transportation, shopping, sightseeing and other sectors are relatively inadequate in this respect. The spillover effect and feedback effect of tourism, transportation, accommodation and catering sectors are higher, while that of shopping and other sectors are relatively lower. We conclude that, as a result of larger final output scale of other industries, the actual spillover effect of other industries has a higher contribution rate to the total output of tourism industry. Contrarily, the actual spillover effect of tourism industry does not contribute much to the total output of other industries.
