Ni/RGO复合材料的制备及其吸波性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用水热还原法在石墨烯(RGO)表面负载磁性金属Ni粒子,通过XRD、FT-IR、拉曼、SEM对其物相、形貌等进行表征分析。结果表明,通过水热原位还原法,直径约100nm的Ni粒子被均匀负载到RGO表面,成功制备了镍负载石墨烯(Ni/RGO)复合材料。利用矢量网络分析仪对其吸波性能进行检测,结果表明,样品1(0.25mmolNi负载RGO)表现出了优异的吸波性能,在吸波涂层厚度为4.5mm,吸波频率为7.2GHz时,最佳反射损耗为-55.9dB,其有效吸波宽度为5.8~9.2GHz。Ni/RGO复合材料是一种很有前途的具有低密度、强吸收、宽频带、厚度薄的微波吸收材料。 Ni nanoparticles anchored on the reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite were prepared by the hydrothermal in-situ reduction method.The phase and morphology of Ni/RGO composite were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that Ni nanoparticles with the diameter of 100 nm were uniformly wrapped by RGO,The electromagnetic wave absorption property of RGO and Ni/RGO composites were investigated by the vector network analyzer.The sample 1(0.25 mmol Ni load graphene)showed an excellent wave absorbing property.The best reflection loss was-55.9 dB at 7.2 GHz and the corresponding thickness is 4.5 mm and the effective absorption bandwidth was 5.8 to 9.2 GHz.Ni/RGO may be a promising microwave absorber with the characteristics of the low density,strong absorption,wide band and thin thickness.
