摘要
目的评价克霉唑栓联合伊曲康唑治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（RVVC）的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年7月-2016年7月中山市横栏医院妇产科收治的60例RVVC患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组给予克霉唑栓单药治疗，观察组给予克霉唑栓联合伊曲康唑治疗，治疗结束后，比较两组的治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后，观察组治疗有效率及假丝酵母菌转阴率较对照组升高，临床症状体征评分、随访复发率较对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗期间，两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论克霉唑栓联合伊曲康唑治疗RVVC安全、有效，对于早期缓解症状体征，减少复发有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of clotrimazole suppositories combined with itraconazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis （RVVC）. Methods A total of 60 patients with RVVC were collected in Zhongshan Henglan Hospital from July, 2015 to July, 2017. All patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. The patients in observation group were treated with clotrimazole suppositories combined with itraconazole, while patients in control group received simple clotrimazole suppositories treatment. After treatment, clinical effect and safety were compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, cure rate and Candida negative conversion ratio in observation group were significantly increased than control group （P〈0.05）, while the sign and Symptom Quantization scores and recurrence rate in follow-up visit were significantly decreased in observation group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rates were no significant different between two group during the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clotrimazole Suppositories combined with itraconazole is safe and effective in treatment of RVVC, and it has positive effect to early relieve symptoms and reduce the occurrence.
