摘要
选取了脂肪、维生素A和钙为代表成分,通过单因素方差分析,比较F值和F临界值检验样品内和样品间是否有显著差异性。结果表明,喷雾干燥后的罐装产品,其样品内和样品间的营养成分测定结果均匀,无显著性差异。采用湿法工艺条件下生产的婴儿配方乳粉营养成分分布均匀,产品的检测结果具有代表性。
This research analysed the fat,vitamin A and calcium, by means of one way ANOVA,F value and F threshold value were compared to evaluate whether there was a significant difference between the samples or in the sample.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the sample or in the samples . Conclusion the nutritional components of infant formula produced by wet process are ho- mogeneous, and the results are representative.
