摘要
目的探讨呼吸功能训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法选择中国人民解放军第174医院呼吸内科于2016年1~12月间收治的78例COPD缓解期患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组39例,对照组予常规宣教及治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用呼吸功能训练,疗程为6个月;比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能[第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)与用力肺活量(FVC)的比值(FEV1/FVC),FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1/预计值)]及生活质量[圣乔治问卷(SGRQ)评分]的变化。结果干预6个月后,观察组患者的FEV1/FVC、FEV1/预计值分别为(56.8±5.1)%、(55.7±5.1)%,明显高于对照组的(53.2±6.1)%、(52.5±5.4)%,SGRQ评分为(26.2±6.3)分,明显低于对照组的(39.7±6.1)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能训练可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的肺功能及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory function training on lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） during remission stage. Methods A total of 78 pa- tients with COPD during remission stage, who treated in the Department of Respiration Medicine of the 174th Hospital of Chinese PLA from January 2016 to December 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and health education, and the observation group received additional application of respiratory function training. All the two groups were treated for 6 months. The lung function （FEV1/FVC and predicted FEV1） and quality of life （SGRQ questionnaire score） before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After the inter- vention of 6 months, the FEV1/FVC and predicted FEV1 in the observation group were respectively （56.8＋5.1）% and （55.7~5.1）%, which were significantly higher than （53.2±6.1）% and （52.5±5.4）% in the control group （P〈O.05）; SGRQ score in the observation group was （26.2±6.3）, which was significantly lower than （39.7±6.1） in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Respiratory function training can effectively improve the pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at remission stage.
