摘要
对22例（23眼）蚕蚀性角膜溃疡进行碘酊烧灼局部后行角膜板层切除术、联合环状球结膜切除术，其中6例病人术中、术后应用免疫抑制剂治疗。22例均随访观察6～16年，痊愈12例（13眼），好转7例（7眼），无效3例（3眼），6例加用免疫抑制剂患者随访10年以上，无1例复发。
Corneal lamina excision and combined circular conjunctiva excision were made on 22 patients (23 eyes)with Mooren’s u1cer after local cauterization by iodine tincture of the Six of the patients were treated with immunosuppressant during and after operation. After 6 to 16 years’ follow-up observation, 12 patients(13 eyes)were fully cured; 22 improved and 3 without effect. None of the six patients treated with inununosuppressant has had relapse for over 10 years’ follow-up observation.
