心脏临时起搏术后并发多处血栓一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者男性，81岁，因“突发心悸、胸闷伴头昏1d”于2016年10月14日入院。入院前急诊心电图示完全性房室传导阻滞。患者既往有高血压病史10余年，最高达180／100mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），口服缬沙坦（80mg，1次，d）、氨氯地平（5mg，1次，d）；2型糖尿病病史5年余，服用格列齐特缓释片（30mg，1次／d），血压和血糖控制正常。
