摘要
目的分析在中医膏方处方中使用不同种类原料药物对膏滋成品存在的相关影响。方法模型膏方选择河车大补膏,分析其在改变原料药物以及辅料的情况下,膏滋成品中动力黏度以及含水量的相关变化。结果不同原料药物以及辅料膏滋成品中动力黏度以及含水量均会出现相关的变化,含水量越高,膏滋成品的动力黏度越弱;反之,含水量越低,膏滋成品的动力黏度越强。膏滋成品中动力黏度以及含水量的相关系数值为-0.8521,以负性关系存在。结论中医膏方处方中使用不同种类原料药物后,对膏滋成品的动力黏度及含水量均有较大的影响,因此在实际的膏滋成品制作中要对在原料药物以及辅料进行相关考察,以便减少影响膏滋成品的因素,防止出现霉变现象。
Objective To analyze the related effects of different kinds of raw materials on prescription of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The model of this study was chosen to improve the dynamic viscosity and moisture content of the product in the case of changing the raw materials and auxiliary materials. Results The dynamic viscosity and water content of different raw materials and auxiliary materials were related to the change. The higher the water content,the weaker the dynamic viscosity of the finished product. On the contrary,the lower the water content,the dynamic viscosity of the product the stronger. The correlation coefficient of dynamic viscosity and water content in the finished product was-0. 8521,which was in negative relationship. Conclusion The use of different types of raw materials in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine prescription has a great influence on the dynamic viscosity and water content of the finished product. Therefore,it is necessary to study the raw materials and auxiliary materials in the actual production of ointment,in order to reduce the impact of paste products to prevent the emergence of moldy phenomenon.
