摘要
目的观察中药雾化吸入治疗中风闭证的疗效及对患者白细胞介素6、神经特异性烯醇化酶的影响。方法将80例中风闭证患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药雾化吸入治疗。于入院时、治疗后第3天、第7天、第14天进行Glasgow昏迷指数评分(GCS评分)、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、检测血清IL-6、NSE含量。结果两组在治疗前GCS评分、NIHSS评分、IL-6、NSE数值无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组GCS评分、NIHSS评分均有所改善,IL-6、NSE数值均有下降,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上联合中药院内制剂通顶合剂雾化吸入,能有效改善中风闭证患者昏迷程度,并能明显降低患者血清IL-6、NSE含量,促进脑损伤修复,改善预后。
Objective To observe the impacts of aerosol inhalation of Chinese herbal medicine on IL-6 and nerve specific enolase（NSE） in the patients of tense syndrome of stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients of tense syndrome of stroke were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. In the control group,the routine western medicine was used. In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the treatment group,the aerosol inhalation of Chinese herbal medicine was added. Separately,on the day of hospitalization,on the 3 rd,7 thand 14 thdays after treatment,GCS and NIHSS were evaluated and the levels of IL-8 and NSE in serum determined. Results The differences were not significant in GCS score,NIHSS score and the values of IL-6 and NSE before treatment in the two groups（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,GCS and NIHSS scores were improved and the values of IL-6 and NSE were reduced in the two groups. The results in the treatment group were better remarkably than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with the routine western medicine and the aerosol inhalation with the self-prepared Chinese herbal medicine,tongding mixture,effectively reduces the coma degree and the levels of IL-6 and NSE in the serum,promotes the repair in brain injury and improves the prognosis.
