摘要
水锁是致密气开发过程中最常见的,也是最严重的伤害类型。常用的防水锁剂性能评价方法为测定表界面张力、接触角以及自渗吸实验,这些方法并不能有效反映储层改造作业中防水锁剂的作用效果。因此,基于表界面张力和接触角测定结果,开展岩心流动实验,通过研究不同生产压差和不同作用时间下,加入防水锁剂前后的返排率和含水饱和度的变化,对防水锁剂性能进行评价。实验结果表明:ST-X3较ST-X1有更强的降低表界面张力能力及改变岩石表面润湿性能力,在提高返排率、降低含水饱和度上的作用效果更优于ST-X1。
Water blocking is the most common and most serious type of injury during tight gas development. The determination of surface tension, interracial tension, contact angle and sell-infiltration test are commonly used as a performance evaluation method of anti-water blocking agent, but these methods do not effectively reflect the effect of anti-water blocking agent in reservoir reform operations. Therefore, with the results of surface tension, interfacial tension and contact angle, core flow experiments were conducted. By studying the different production pressure and different time, belbre and after the addition of anti-water blocking agent, compared the changes of returning rate and water saturation. The results showed that ST-X3 had a stronger ability to reduce the surface tension, interracial tension and change the wettability of the rock surface than ST-X 1 .
