摘要
采用化学成分分析、宏观检验、断口分析和显微组织观察,对4330钢石油压裂泵阀箱十字孔裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:4330钢的洁净度高,十字孔裂纹处组织为回火索氏体+少量未充分回火的板条马氏体,起始裂纹沿马氏体扩展。回火不充分是阀箱产生早期失效的主要原因。据此,提出了相应的改进措施,并取得了良好的效果。
The causes of cracking in cross hole of 4330 steel fracturing pump were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,macroscopical analysis,fracture analysis and microstructure examination. The results show that 4330 steel has high cleanliness,microstructure of the cracking zone consists of tempered sorbite and a small number amount of insufficiently tempered lath martensite,the initial cracks propagated among the lath martensite. Insufficient tempering is the main reason for the early failure of the fracturing pump. Accordingly,countermeasures working well are put forward.
