摘要
研究离心铸造高铬铸铁表面掉块及灰口和白口铁结合层不致密问题。使用光学显微镜与扫描电子显微镜对组织进行分析,能谱仪与X射线衍射仪对成分及物相进行分析。结果表明,高铬铸铁表层含有大量碳化物使得机加工过程易于产生应力集中而出现掉块现象;铸造时浇注工艺不合理使得白口铸铁凝固时没有足够液态补充缩孔而出现空洞现象。根据掉块和空洞缺陷形成特点提出了添加变质剂、细化碳化物和合理的浇注温度等改善措施。
The surface stripping and the interface cavity problems between the gray and the white iron of high-chrome cast iron were investigated. The microstructures were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the composition and phase were analyzed by EDS and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the surface of the high chromium cast iron contains a large amount of coarse carbides which are easy to produce stress concentration and lead to surface stripping during the machining processes. In the solidification process of white cast iron, casting process is so unreasonable that it does not have sufficient liquid to fill shrinkage hole and the phenomenon of holes. According to the features of forming block and cavity defects, the improve measures such as adding modifier, refining carbide and reasonable pouring temperature are given.
