摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对烧伤整形患者的应用效果。方法选择2016年1~11月在湖北省枣阳市第一人民医院烧伤整形科的烧伤整形患者100例,采用随机数表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理。比较两组的治疗效果和患者满意度。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率和患者满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理是一种综合性的护理模式,呈现的是更为人性化的服务理念,并且能够提升烧伤整形手术的治疗效果和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the comfort care in patients underwent burn and plastic surgery. Methods From January to November 2016, 100 patients underwent burn and plastic surgery in Burn and Plas- tic Surgery Branch, the First People＇s Hospital in Zaoyang were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care and the experimental group was given comfort care on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and the nursing satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of clinical curative effect in the experimental group and the nursing satisfaction were all higher than those of control group, with statistically sig- nificant differences （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion The comfort care is a comprehensive model which shows a more humanized service concept. It can improve the effect of burn and plastic surgery and promote nursing satisfaction of the patients.
