摘要
东北(含内蒙古)四省区籽粒玉米调减效果明显,农业结构日趋优化,产业优势和产业定位更加清晰,农业产业化龙头企业成为带动农业结构调整的主力军。东北地区调整玉米种植结构,不仅是表面上"多与少"的问题,其背后隐藏的价格形成机制、农民增收、产业结构与核心竞争力等关键问题依然比较严峻,迫切需要进一步理顺政府与市场的关系,加大政策扶持力度,支持龙头企业等市场主体顺应市场需求,构建完整高效的玉米产业体系和产业生态,将东北地区玉米的资源优势转化为产业竞争力与农民增收的不竭动力。
In the four northeastern provinces maize grain reduction effect is obvious,the agricultural structure has been optimized,industrial advantages and industrial positioning have become more clearly,and the leading enterprises of agriculture industrialization have become the main force to drive the adjustment of agricultural structure. The adjustment of planting structure of corn in Northeast China is notjust the"more with less " problemson the surface, key problems hidden behind of the price formation mechanism,farmers' income,industrial structure and core competitiveness are still serious,requiring further rationalization of the relationship betw een government and market,increasing policy support,supporting leading enterprises and other market players to follow the market demand, building a complete and efficient corn industrial system and industrial ecology,transforming the northeast corn resources advantages into industrial competitiveness and farmers' income inexhaustible pow er.
