摘要
通过溶剂沉淀法制备了用于激光烧结的尼龙6粉末,得到粉末的表观密度为0.457 g/cm^3。对粉末进行逐级筛分,得到150~200目间的粉末最多,其质量分数达70%,粒径比较集中在65~100μm。在SEM下观察到粉末的球形度良好,微粒表面较为密实。XRD的测试结果计算粉末的结晶度为64.55%。在DSC下测试得到的结晶温度191.53℃,熔融温度为220.02℃,加工温度范围在194.68~208.69℃,粉末材料进行选择性激光烧结后的成型件的拉伸强度为45.2 MPa、弯曲强度为65.8 MPa、冲击强度为9.4 kJ/m^2。
The nylon 6 powder for laser sintering was prepared by solvent precipitation method, and theapparent density of the obtained powder was O. 457 g/cm3. After the powder was sievedgradually, the largestproportion of 150 mesh to 200 mesh of the powder obtain accounted for 70wt%, and the particle size wasconcentrated in the range of 65 - 100 μm. It was observed under scanning electron microscope that thespherical surface of the powder was good and the particles were dense. The X-ray diffraction analysis resultsshow that the crystallinity degree of the powder is 64. 55%. According to differential scanning calorimetry,the crystallization temperature is 191.53 ~C and the melting temperature is 220. 02 ℃. The range ofprocessing temperature range is 194. 68 - 208.69 ℃. The tensile and flexural and impact strengths of themolded part by selective laser sintering are 45.2 MPa, 65.8 MPa, 9.4 kJ/m2, respectively.
