摘要
目的观察卡托普利舌下含服救治高血压急诊的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月~2016年12月在我院急诊部收治的75例高血压急诊者为研究对象,按主诊医生分管病区不同分为对照组35例(使用硝酸甘油针剂治疗)、观察组40例(加用舌下含服卡托普利)。评估用药10、30、60 min后降压效果进行评估,同时比较两组患者用药前,用药10、30、60 min的血压指标值变化情况。结果观察组10、30、60 min后的临床治疗率分别为32.5%、72.5%、90.0%,对照组为20.6%、58.8%、79.4%,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。用药前,两组的血压值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药10、30、60 min后,观察组的SBP、DBP值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压急诊临床治疗时给予舌下含服卡托普利,临床效果理想,血压改善好。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of observation of sublingual administration of Captopril curing emergency of hypertension.Methods Seventy-five patients with emergency of hypertension treated in emergency department of our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were selected.The subjects were divided into the control group （35 cases,Nitroglycerin Injection was used） and observation group （40 cases,sublingual administration of Captopril was added） according to the different wards for attending doctor.The antihypertensive effect of after 10,30,60 min treat- ment was evaluated,and the change of blood pressure index before treatment and after 10,30,60 min treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment rate of observation group after 10,30,60 min treatment was 32.5%,72.5% and 90.0% respectively while the control group was 20.6%,58.8% and 79.4%,and the treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before medication （P〉0.05）.After 10,30,60 min treatment,SBP and DBP value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect observation of sublingual administration of Captopril curing emergency of hypertension is ideal,the improvement of blood pressure is good.
