摘要
支撑我国长江经济带发展战略,规划布局沿江高速铁路通道具有重大战略意义。本文在对现状沿江铁路通道构成及客货运输质量分析的基础上,得出既有沿江铁路通道标准与通道定位、运输需求以及运输效果不匹配的结论。在既有国家中长期铁路网规划的沿江高速铁路通道基础上,根据需求预测,对通道各线路进行能力适应性分析,从缓解通道能力、满足客货运需求、支撑长江经济带综合交通走廊等方面,提出规划新增合武高速铁路、杭临绩高速铁路。规划实施后沿江通道主要节点间将形成南北多条径路的高标准铁路,主要节点间形成1、2、3、8h交通圈,通道限制区段能力得到有效释放,高速铁路通道将有效的支持长江经济带的发展。
To support the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is of great strategic significance to plan the Yangtze River high-speed railway corridor.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the railway corridor along the Yangtze river and the quality of passenger and freight transportation,it is concluded that the standards of existing railway corridor along the Yangtze River do not match the positioning,transportation needs or transport effects of the corridor.Based on the Yangtze River high-speed railway in the National Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Plan,and according to the demand forecast,the paper analyzed the capacity adaptability of each line in the corridor.From the aspects of alleviating the corridor capacity,meeting the demand of passenger and cargo transportation and supporting the comprehensive traffic corridor of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the paper proposed the plans,to add the Hefei-Wuhan high-speed railway and Hangzhou-Jixi high-speed railway.After the implementation of the plan,high-standard railways of northsouth multiple lines will be formed between the main nodes of the Yangtze River corridor.The 1,2,3,8 hour transport circle will be formed between the main nodes,and the capacity of the restricted sections of the corridor will be effectively released.The high-speed railway corridor will support the Yangtze River Economic Belt Development effectively.
