摘要 研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)及聚乙烯醇纤维掺量对石膏工作性能、力学性能、耐水性能、吸水性、弯曲韧性的影响。研究表明:PVA及PVA纤维会降低石膏浆体的工作性能,掺量越大,扩展度越低,凝结时间降低;石膏硬化体抗压强度略微降低,加入PVA以后,抗压强度大幅度上升,抗折强度随纤维掺量增大而增大,弯曲韧性进一步增强;PVA能有效改善石膏的吸水性能,降低吸水率。最佳掺量组合为PVA质量掺量2%,PVA纤维体积掺量1.2%。 The effects of PVA and PVA fiber on the working performance, mechanical properties, water resistance, water absorption and toughness were studied. The results showed that: PVA and PVA fiber can reduce the working performance of gypsum, the higher the dosage was, the lower the degree of expansion and the shorter the setting time was obtained. When PVA fiber was added, the compressive strength decreased slightly, however, when PVA was added to gypsum, the compressive strength increased significantly. With the increase of fiber content, flexural strength increased slightly, when PVA was added, the increase tread was obvious, and toughness increased significantly. PVA can effectively improve the water absorption. The optimum dosage was PVA content 2%, PVA fiber by volume 1.2%.
