摘要
本文利用省际面板数据构建动态跨期消费模型,分析P2P网贷对中国城乡居民消费的多重影响效应,结果显示:P2P网贷对居民消费存在促进效应与挤出效应,且影响城乡消费的作用机制不同。对于城镇居民消费,P2P网贷的促进效应与挤出效应并存,可以通过提高消费层次、缓解流动性约束以及降低收入不确定性等措施来促进居民消费;对于农村居民消费,P2P网贷的促进效应大于挤出效应,但其只能缓解农村居民的流动性约束,对消费结构升级和降低收入不确定性无显著影响。政策应引导P2P网贷平台通过合理设置借贷条件、根据城乡居民实际情况制定不同的借贷方案等措施促进城乡消费合理发展。
By using the panel data of 30 provinces in 2011 - 2015, this paper conducts an empirical study on the impact of Peer-to-Peer lending on the urban and rural residents' consumption, and finds that the effects includes promotion effect and extrusion effect. Peer-to-Peer lending can promote urban residents' consumption by stimulating the development and enjoyment consumption, reducing the income uncertainty and loosing liquidity constraints. For rural residents, the promotion effect is in the dominant position. Peer-to-Peer lending can loose liquidity constraints but has no significant impact on the development and enjoyment consumption, and reducing the income uncertainty. Countermeasures should be taken to optimize the Peer-to-Peer lending in order to promote the urban and rural residents' consumption.
