摘要
目的:探讨妇科急腹症应用腹部超声联合阴道超声检查的诊断效果。方法:收治妇科急腹症患者171例,分为联合检查组、腹部超声组、阴道超声组,比较检查结果。结果:阴道超声组与腹部超声组疾病检出率和检查符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合检查组疾病检出率和检查符合率明显高于腹部超声组及阴道超声组(P<0.05)。结论:妇科急腹症应用腹部超声联合阴道超声检查的诊断效果显著。
Objective：To explore the diagnostic effect of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound for gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods：171 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen were selected and they were divided into the joint examination group,the abdominal ultrasound group and the transvaginal ultrasound group.We compared the examination results.Results：There was no significant difference between the detection rate of disease and the coincidence rate of examination in the abdominal ultrasound group and the transvaginal ultrasound group（P〉0.05）.In the joint examination group,the detection rate of disease and the coincidence rate of examination were significantly higher than the abdominal ultrasound group and the transvaginal ultrasound group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The diagnostic effect of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound for gynecologic acute abdomen was significant.
